Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Picmato (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Credits & billing

Picmato is offered on a monthly plan basis. Every plan, including the free one, carries a credit allowance that renews on the account's own monthly anniversary and does not carry over; unused credits expire at the end of each period. Credits are consumed when you generate or process content. A paid plan covers a single month and does not renew automatically - when it lapses the account returns to the free plan. Payments and any applicable taxes are charged at checkout; unless required by law, used credits are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to upload material you do not have the rights to use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable marketplace policies.

5. Your content & generated output

You retain ownership of the images and material you upload. You grant Picmato the limited license needed to process your inputs and deliver the Service. Subject to these terms and your active plan, you may use the images you generate for your commercial listings, ads, and social content.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Picmato does not verify generated images against marketplace rules. Marketplace requirements inform how each shot is planned, but no check is run on the finished file, and AI renderers do not guarantee an exact background colour or pixel dimension. You are responsible for confirming that every asset you export meets the requirements of each marketplace and platform you publish to, including background colour, resolution, and text overlay rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picmato is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions? Contact business@picmato.com.
