In every plan, including Free

This is the single-product workflow, and it is on every tier including Free. What a paid plan adds is campaign output, review data, resolution and competitor research - see the cards above.

  • Product image analysis

Reads your existing photos and on-pack text before anything is generated - a hard prerequisite for every generation.

  • Slot recommendation engine

Picks which of 44 listing shot types your product actually needs, per marketplace, instead of the same set for everyone.

  • Creative brief generation

Every shot is briefed before it is drawn, and each brief stays editable.

  • Brand kits

Reusable colours, typography, tone and photography style.

  • Launch over WhatsApp

Send a product photo and get a set back, without opening the app.

  • Product sharing links

Share your finished image sets with anyone via a public link, with no login required.

Credits are charged per output: 10 for a 1K image, 25 for 2K, 50 for 4K. Credits renew each month and do not carry over. A plan runs for a month. When it lapses the account returns to Free, and nothing is charged automatically.

Pricing questions, answered

How does Picmato pricing work?

Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance and each generation draws from it. The free plan gives you 100 credits a month at 1K output. Paid plans add more monthly credits (1,000, 2,100 or 4,500 a month), and Pro and Max add 2K and 4K output. Credits renew each month and do not carry over. A paid plan covers one month and does not renew automatically; when it lapses the account returns to Free.

What do I get on Picmato's free tier?

The free plan gives you 100 credits a month (roughly ten images at 1K), plus 5 product scrapes and 5 analyses a month. That is enough to take a real product from URL to finished images before spending anything. A paid plan raises the monthly credit allowance and removes the 1K output cap; nothing is unlimited, because every generation is metered in credits.

How many credits does each generation use?

Images cost 10, 25, or 50 credits for 1K, 2K, and 4K output respectively, on every image surface. A brand character costs 50 credits. Video is 10 credits per second of finished footage. Multi-format runs multiply the per-image cost by the formats and variants you pick, and failed generations are refunded automatically.

Do I need a subscription to use Picmato?

Yes. Picmato is a monthly plan, and the plan is what sets your credit allowance for the month. The tiers differ in how many credits they include and, on the free plan, in output resolution - the feature set is otherwise the same, so there is not much to compare beyond the volume you need.

Do Picmato credits expire or reset monthly?

They reset monthly. Your plan's credit allowance renews on your account's monthly anniversary and unused credits do not carry over, so a quiet month does not bank credit toward a busy one. If your work spikes around launches and sale events, size the plan to the spike rather than the average.

Are Picmato credits refundable?

Used credits are non-refundable unless required by law, per Picmato's terms. Failed generations are a different story: when a render errors out, the credits for it return to your balance automatically, and you can see each refund in your billing usage history. For anything else billing-related, contact business@picmato.com.

Which Picmato plan should I choose?

Match the monthly allowance to your busiest month, since credits do not carry over. The free plan's 100 credits a month covers testing on a handful of products at 1K. Starter ($19, 1,000 a month) suits sellers generating regularly; Pro ($49, 2,100) and Max ($99, 4,500) suit big catalogs and agencies, and 2K/4K output starts at Pro. Each paid plan covers one month and does not renew automatically.
